Each carrier is automatically set up with our payment service provider to pay for deliveries upon invoice.  Carriers can choose from a 24hr Quick Pay solution at a cost of 2.7 percent of the load pay or a free weekly pay solution.

We work with trained professional drivers and 24/7 dispatch service.  Occasionally a driver may become ill and unable to complete the delivery on time.  Most of our contracted carriers have the ability to intercept a load with another driver.  This keeps your load moving to its destination. There are some occasions when a delivery may be delayed beyond a driver’s control such as inclement weather and unexpected traffic conditions.  We work earnestly to provide tracking updates and notifications and work-arounds in the event of an unexpected delay by rescheduling a load.  We know that an unexpected delay can disrupt the supply chain and daily workflow.  By keeping the receiver informed they can plan their daily schedule needs efficiently.
