What are your payment options for Carriers?

We outsource our billing and payment to a third party factoring agency providing industry standards and compliance.  This service provides top notch professional accounting service for our account receivables and payables. Each carrier is automatically set up with our payment service provider to pay for deliveries upon invoice.  Carriers can choose from a 24hr Quick Pay solution at a cost of 2.7 percent of the load pay or a free weekly pay solution. 

DO YOU PROVIDE SHIPPER/CARRIER EDI SOLUTIONS?

  YES!  We utilize industry standards in documentation with EDI solutions providing accurate and detailed documentation and billing to meet the demands of the high tide in the logistics industry.  We put the financial professionals in charge of ensuring timely delivery of documents for your payment solution.

INDUSTRY COMPLIANCE FOR DRIVERS- the basics

We work with trained professional drivers and 24/7 dispatch service.  Occasionally a driver may become ill and unable to complete the delivery on time.  Most of our contracted carriers have the ability to intercept a load with another driver.  This keeps your load moving to its destination. There are some occasions when a delivery may be delayed beyond a driver’s control such as inclement weather and unexpected traffic conditions.  We work earnestly to provide tracking updates and notifications and work-arounds in the event of an unexpected delay by rescheduling a load.  We know that an unexpected delay can disrupt the supply chain and daily workflow.  By keeping the receiver informed they can plan their daily schedule needs efficiently. This is an especially important aspect in the supply chain.  Some manufacturing companies only receive products on a Just-in-Time basis.  Without their planned delivery, daily work could be disrupted, and employees sent home.  However, if they know the truck will arrive soon then they may just ask employees to take an hour’s break instead. Every bit of information is important in the delivery process.
